what is COACHING?

We’ve all been in situations where it’s difficult to make a change, take another perspective, or make those big and small decisions in our personal and professional lives. That’s where coaching can make all the difference.  Unlike seeking advice from family, friends, or even therapists, coaching is designed to help you discover your own answers to whatever challenges you are facing, and to make meaningful, transformational change in your life.

Coaching is inherently about bringing out your individual strengths and utilizing your whole self to achieve your goals. It enables you to acknowledge when you are stuck, and helps you move past these feelings towards action and change. Coaching is not following a plan that someone else prescribes to you, it is writing your own plan, your own playbook for your future

WHY PARTNER WITH ME?

Whether contemplating a career change, starting a new chapter of any kind, or wanting to break free of old patterns, it can be hard to get out of your head and your own way in the process.  That's where I can help.  My work focuses around clients navigating transitions and finding and living one’s true voice.  Deepening one’s sense of confidence, purpose, and fulfillment are at the core of my approach. I'll ask the important questions to help you focus on what matters most to you and what best aligns with your values.

My coaching is tailored to each individual client:

  • I listen at a very deep level, not only for what I hear you say, but also, for what's not being said.
  • I'm present for you and create the space you need to explore and uncover your best self.
  • I'll be your champion, but at the same time will hold you accountable to pursue the changes you are seeking to make in your life.

WHO DO I COACH?

My clients range from college students to retirees and from working professionals to stay-at-home parents. Some want to make a change in their current roles, while others seek entirely new adventures. I draw on my 20+ years of experience to help people to get out of their comfort zone and face the unknown at all stages of their lives.
